Eligibility Specialist – We are seeking an Eligibility Specialist to work in our fast paced billing department. Responsibilities include verifying patient’s insurance benefits, obtaining authorizations and calculating time of service during the patient check-in and check-out process. Must be able to work independently and display a positive attitude towards co-workers and patients. Billing experience required.

Imaging Eligibility Specialist-We are seeking a temp to possible hire Imaging Eligibility Specialist to work in our fast paced eligibility department. Responsibilities include verifying patient’s insurance benefits, obtaining authorizations and calculating time of service during the patient check-in and check-out process. Must be able to work independently and display a positive attitude towards co-workers and patients. Previous eligibility experience preferred.

Medical Assistant – Dynamic Medical Assistants needed to work part and full time in our growing specialty divisions. Medical assistants interview and triage patients preparing them for their office visit with our healthcare providers as well as perform various procedures such as EKG, spirometry, ear lavage, etc. Team players with excellent interpersonal and patient care skills will be the most successful candidates.

Medical Receptionist/Secretary – We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist/secretary to relay the most positive and professional image possible to patients visiting our growing practice. These team members will be responsible for the check-in and checkout of patients along with patient information updates, insurance verification, and some collections. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are required. Position is M-F day shift with variable start times and is subject to change with patient volume.

Treatment Coordinator – We are seeking an infusion Treatment Coordinator to work in our fast paced billing department. Responsibilities include verifying patient’s insurance benefits for infusion treatment, obtaining authorizations, calculating accurate time of service for treatment and meeting with patients to discuss costs and treatment plans. Must be able to work independently and also work as part of a team and display a positive attitude towards co-workers and patients. Previous Oncology experience is preferred.
